[On-site Improvement Case] Towards Reducing Shipping Errors

Sharing the causes, countermeasures, and preventive measures of mistakes among all employees! A case study of reducing the number of mistakes.

We would like to introduce an example of on-site improvement within our company that leads to logistics enhancement for our customers. To prevent the recurrence of simple human errors, we thoroughly communicated the creation of a report on the cause analysis and corrective measures based on the 5W2H method, ensuring that we conduct a detailed root cause analysis. As a result, we were able to reform awareness regarding the seriousness of mistakes and crisis consciousness through information sharing and education related to errors. 【Case Overview】 <Improvement Objectives> ■ Prevent the occurrence of mistakes through thorough cause analysis without repeating simple human errors. ■ Horizontally deploy the corrective measures taken to avoid repeating the same mistakes in other centers. ■ Instill awareness among part-time and temporary employees to create a unified company-wide initiative. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
